Patient Representative Group - PRG

The practice is committed to improving the services we provide for our patients and to do this it is vital that we hear from people about their experiences, views, and ideas for making services better.

By being a member of our Patient Representative Group (PRG) you can help us develop action plans around the current and future services we offer. It also means we can keep you informed of opportunities to give your views and keep you up to date with developments within the practice and the locality.

If you are interested in being involved, please download and complete and application form. Application forms can also be requested from members of our administration team.

PRG APPLICATION FORM

Successful applicants will represent a broad spectrum of patient views and will meet 3 or 4 times every year for around 1-2 hours. You will also have the opportunity to help conduct our annual patient satisfaction survey.

Please note the position is voluntary (unpaid).
