Covid Restriction Update
Throughout the pandemic we have strived to make the surgery as safe as possible for all our patients and staff. We will continue to do so going forward.
From the 19th July we will not be changing anything at the surgery - our team will continue to wear PPE, social distance and follow strict infection control guidelines. When attending the surgery, in order to help protect those who are sick and vulnerable and also our staff, patients must continue to wear a mask (unless exempt), following social distancing rules and use hand sanitiser.
In terms of opening up, as many of you know, we have never been shut and in fact have consulted with much higher numbers of patients than we did pre-covid (face to face, by phone, by e-consult and by video), not counting our participation in administering Covid vaccinations to thousands of our patients in the last 7 months. Requests for GP appointments will continue to be telephone triaged and a face to face appointment made if clinically necessary.
The Hessle Grange Medical Practice has come so far in trying to minimise the impact of Covid and we are sure you understand that we need to keep the surgery as safe as we can for all our patients and staff.
We thank you for your understanding.
