CHANGES TO THE DEDICATED PRESCRIPTION LINE Posted on 26 Oct 2021

From the 1st November 2021 the dedicated prescription line will be available between 10.00am-12.30pm. This service is available Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays)

Telephone requests will be taken for housebound, elderly, children and patients with certain conditions which may prevent them from requesting their prescriptions via SystmOnline or the NHS App.

Please do not call the normal practice number if you are unable to get through as the reception team are unable to transfer you through.

IMPORTANT - Your prescription items should be requested at last 7 days before you run out of your medication.  This will allow two-three working days' for your prescription to be processed by the practice and a further 3 working days for your chosen pharmacy to dispense your prescription items.
